Dimplex DIR Series 36" Infrared Electric heater is a modern heater for indoor and outdoor spaces that can be mounted on the wall or ceiling. Remote control and mounting brackets are included for convenient installation and operation.

This 1500W heater powers up the ruby halogen bulb inside that can output its full heating capability within 6 seconds. When used indoors, it can heat a room of up to 85 sq. ft. While outdoors, 39.8 sq. ft. of an area can be effectively warmed. Mounting height is 72" Min. or 118" Max. from the Floor (recommended). Enjoy its function for a long time as it has top-notch durability and is rated for indoor and outdoor use. The Ceramic Schott Nextrema® Glass is resistant to high temperatures, thermal shocks, and chemicals. It also sports a corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum casing.

Recommendations:

When installing outdoors we recommend the heater is positioned where it will be protected from exposure to extreme weather such as snow and ice.

It is best that the distance between the heater and the remote be less than 9.8 ft. and the remote control must be pointed directly to the receiver on the front panel during the operation.
