overall, the Arteflame experience is excellent. The grill is versatile and exciting to use. It's a focal point at every party and event and can be used to cook a wide range of items. Shipping is quick and easy and the staff is incredibly helpful. As someone who moves the item from place to place, it's a little cumbersome. It does come with tools needed for transport, but requires several people and is not the easiest item to transport. While this will not impact the majority of people who use the grill, something to note for those that may have that need. Would buy another in the near future in a heartbeat.
Picked up the classic 40 a week ago, and have cooked on it twice so far. A fun experience to say the least. The only hiccup I had was a poorly installed top ring on the inside top of the base. I returned it no hassle and was given a complimentary food saver ring, which is a nice thing to have. Looking forward to many memorable grill outs, as I plan on this grill lasting forever.
