American Made Grills ENC54-LP Video

Description

Expansive Multi-Fuel Cooking in a Streamlined Stainless Steel Design

The American Made Grills Encore 54 Hybrid is a built-in gas, wood, and charcoal grill pairing expansive multi-fuel cooking with clean stainless steel styling.

A Contemporary Centerpiece with Generous Proportions

The Encore 54 extends the series' understated design across a broad 54-inch format. Its clean stainless steel exterior, full-width hood handle, and streamlined front create a cohesive look for larger outdoor kitchens where the grill becomes part of the overall architecture.

Constructed from #304 stainless steel, the Encore combines its refined exterior with a 1,687 sq. in. total cooking surface. The larger format provides more room for preparing several foods while retaining the clean visual character of the Encore Series.

More Space for Gas, Wood, and Charcoal Cooking

American Made Grills Authorized Retailer

Eight 22,000 BTU main burners provide 176,000 BTU of combined output across the 54-inch cooking platform. AMG's Hybrid system adds patented fuel trays beneath the cooking grates, allowing Natural Gas or Liquid Propane to be paired with charcoal, lump charcoal, wood chunks, or wood logs.

The gas burners can also be used to ignite solid fuel. Once the wood or charcoal is burning, the gas can be turned off when the preferred cooking method calls for solid fuel alone.

Installation Options

The ENC54 is designed for built-in installation within an outdoor kitchen island. Installation should follow American Made Grills requirements for the island cutout, required clearances, enclosure ventilation, gas supply, and electrical connection.

For freestanding applications, American Made Grills offers the Encore 54 Freestanding Hybrid Grill separately. Its #304 stainless steel cart adds storage drawers, a folding shelf, cutting board, tank storage, ventilation, and caster wheels.

Controls & Features

Eight individually controlled 22,000 BTU main burners provide the gas cooking system, while Flame Thrower ignition handles burner startup. Adjustable hood vents provide airflow control, and patented fuel trays beneath the cooking grates accommodate the solid-fuel system.

Reversible 9-gauge V-shaped cooking grates provide the primary cooking surface. Heat-zone separators help organize the wide grilling area, while interior halogen cooking lights and LED lights above each knob improve visibility around the grill.

An easy-clean drip pan with a drain collects cooking residue beneath the cooking system, while built-in rotisserie spit storage keeps the rotisserie component integrated with the grill.

Optional Accessories: Drop-In Sear Burner, Rotisserie Kit, Griddle Plate, Grill Cart, Freestanding Grill Cover, Grill Liner, and Encore Double Side Burner
