The American Made Grills Estate Freedom 42 is a built-in NG or LP gas grill with a wide 42-inch design, 1,083 sq. in. cooking area, and flexible setup.

Designed to Anchor a Larger Outdoor Kitchen

As the largest Estate Freedom configuration, the 42-inch model has the scale to complement spacious outdoor kitchens and entertaining areas. Its broad profile is finished in #304 stainless steel, giving the grill a clean architectural appearance that coordinates naturally with stainless steel cabinetry and appliances.

A full-width stainless steel handle stretches across the double-lined hood, reinforcing its substantial proportions. The spring-assisted hood, interior halogen lights, and LED-lit controls integrate practical details without taking away from the streamlined Estate design.

More Room for Outdoor Cooking and Entertaining

With 1,083 sq. in. of total cooking surface, the Estate Freedom 42 provides 163 sq. in. more cooking area than the 36-inch Freedom model. Three 26,000 BTU stainless steel U-tube burners provide 78,000 BTU across the primary cooking system, complemented by a 12,000 BTU infrared back burner for 90,000 BTU total output.

The Freedom concept also allows compatible cooking components to be selected separately. This gives the owner the option to add equipment such as a rotisserie kit, infrared sear burner, griddle, smoker tray, or cast red brass burners according to the preferred cooking setup.

Installation Options

The Estate Freedom 42 is designed for built-in installation as part of an outdoor kitchen island or cabinetry system. A separate freestanding cart configuration is also available for applications where permanent built-in installation is not preferred.

The grill is offered for Natural Gas or Liquid Propane. Built-in installations must follow American Made Grills requirements for the gas connection, ventilation, clearances, enclosure construction, and an insulating liner where required. The compatible 42-inch Estate/Estate Freedom grill liner is available separately.

Controls & Features

Three 26,000 BTU stainless steel U-tube burners provide the grill's primary cooking heat. Heat-zone separators help divide the expansive surface into individual cooking areas, while the Easy-Clean Briquette System forms part of the heat-management system beneath the cooking grates.

Flame Thrower ignition provides the standard ignition system. Interior halogen lights illuminate the cooking surface for evening use, while LED lighting above each control knob makes the front control panel easier to see.
