A Streamlined Look for Contemporary Outdoor Kitchens

The Encore 36 takes a restrained approach to AMG's Hybrid platform, pairing a clean stainless steel exterior with a broad hood and streamlined control panel. Its 36-inch format makes it well suited to outdoor kitchens where cooking flexibility is important without moving to a larger grill footprint.

Constructed from #304 stainless steel, the Encore combines its contemporary exterior with heavy-duty cooking components. A double-lined hood, full-width handle, interior lighting, and illuminated controls keep the design visually cohesive while adding everyday functionality.

Three Fuel Choices in One Cooking Platform

Five 22,000 BTU main burners provide 110,000 BTU of combined main-burner output. AMG's patented fuel trays expand the grill beyond Natural Gas or Liquid Propane, allowing wood, charcoal, lump charcoal, and other supported solid fuels to be positioned beneath the cooking grates.

The gas burners can also be used to ignite the solid fuel. Once the wood or charcoal is properly burning, the gas can be turned off when cooking entirely over solid fuel is preferred.

Installation Options

The ENC36 is designed for built-in installation within an outdoor kitchen island. Installation should follow American Made Grills requirements for the island cutout, clearances, enclosure ventilation, gas connection, and required electrical connection.

Controls & Features

Five individually controlled 22,000 BTU main burners provide the gas cooking system, while Flame Thrower ignition handles burner startup. Adjustable hood vents allow airflow to be managed, and patented fuel trays accommodate wood and charcoal beneath the cooking surface.

Reversible 9-gauge V-shaped stainless steel grates provide the primary cooking surface. Heat-zone separators help divide different cooking areas, while interior halogen lighting illuminates the grilling surface and LED lights above the knobs improve control visibility.
