A Large-Format Centerpiece for the Outdoor Kitchen

The Ovation 54 brings the series' refined design language to its largest cooking platform. Its Estate-influenced front, broad hood, and clean #304 stainless steel construction give the grill a substantial architectural presence within larger outdoor kitchens.

The 54-inch configuration provides 1,687 square inches of total cooking surface, creating room for multiple cooking zones while maintaining the polished appearance that distinguishes the Ovation from AMG's other Hybrid designs.

Flexible Fuel Choices Across a Wider Cooking Surface

Eight 22,000 BTU main burners provide 176,000 BTU of combined main-burner output. AMG's patented fuel trays extend the cooking platform beyond Natural Gas or Liquid Propane, allowing charcoal, hardwood, and other compatible solid fuels to be used within the same grill.

A dedicated rotisserie back burner adds another cooking method, while reversible V-shaped grates and heat-zone separators help organize different foods and cooking temperatures across the extra-wide surface.

Installation Options

The Ovation 54 built-in grill is available in Natural Gas (OVA54-NG) and Liquid Propane (OVA54-LP) configurations and is designed for installation within an outdoor kitchen island. Installation should follow the manufacturer's requirements for cutout dimensions, clearances, enclosure ventilation, gas supply, and electrical connections.

A separate freestanding Ovation 54 configuration is also available from AMG. Its #304 stainless steel cart adds integrated storage, side preparation areas, and mobility while retaining the Ovation Hybrid cooking platform.

Controls & Features

Eight individually controlled 22,000 BTU main burners provide the primary gas heat, while Flame Thrower ignition handles burner startup. Patented 14-gauge fuel trays accommodate solid fuel beneath the cooking grates, and adjustable hood vents provide airflow control.

Reversible 9-gauge V-shaped cooking grates form the primary grilling surface. #304 stainless steel heat-zone separators help establish individual cooking areas, while the dedicated rotisserie back burner expands the available cooking methods.

Interior halogen lights illuminate the cooking area, while LED lights positioned over each control knob improve visibility at the front panel. An easy-clean drip pan with a drain system collects cooking residue for routine maintenance.
