The Tungsten 4000W Adds Dual Element Heat to Covered Outdoor Spaces
The Bromic Tungsten 4000W Dual Element is a 44-inch electric patio heater for wall, ceiling, or optional recessed mounting.
Dual Element Heating for Flexible Comfort
The Tungsten 4000W is designed for outdoor seating areas that need directional electric heat without using floor space. Its dual-element design gives installers and users more control options than a single-element heater when paired with compatible controls.
Bromic lists the 4000W model as part of the Tungsten Smart-Heat Electric series, which is used in residential and commercial outdoor layouts. It is available in black or white finishes and in 208V or 220–240V configurations.
Designed for Directional Heat Placement
The included mounting bracket allows the heater angle to be adjusted after installation. This helps direct radiant heat toward seating, dining, or standing areas.
The heater uses Bromic’s honeycomb fascia, stainless steel construction, quartz heating elements, and Parabolic Specular Reflector. These components are designed to direct infrared heat toward the intended coverage area.
Installation Options
The Bromic Tungsten 4000W is designed for fixed wall or ceiling mounting using the included mounting brackets. Optional tube suspension and ceiling recess kits are available for alternate overhead installations.
Bromic lists minimum floor clearance of 72" for wall mounting in the U.S. and 96" for ceiling mounting. In Canada, the minimum floor clearance for wall mounting is listed as 96".
This heater must be permanently installed and hardwired by a licensed and authorized technician according to Bromic’s installation manual and local electrical codes. The correct 208V or 220–240V model must be selected before installation.
The Tungsten Electric series is IPX4 rated. Bromic recommends installing outdoor heaters under cover and avoiding direct exposure to rain, snow, and salt mist to help maintain appearance.
Controls & Features
The Tungsten 4000W can be operated with compatible Bromic control accessories. Supported options include the Affinity On/Off Control, Affinity Dimmer Control, and Manual Wall Switch.
Because this is a dual-element model, compatible controls may allow the heating elements to be managed separately when wired according to Bromic’s requirements. This gives the installation more flexibility than a basic single-output setup.
The Affinity On/Off Control supports app-based on/off operation. The Affinity Dimmer Control supports adjustable heat output for compatible electric heater installations.
