The Wine Barrel Dude Sidecar is a 46-inch outdoor gas fire pit table for liquid propane or natural gas with a real wine barrel base and Galvalume surface.

Rectangular Layout for Functional Outdoor Seating

The Sidecar gives patios and decks a rectangular fire pit table with built-in surface space for everyday outdoor use. Its 36" x 46" tabletop layout supports drinks, small plates, and a standard 10.5-inch dinner plate.

The real wine barrel base adds natural wood character while keeping the gas system housed inside the unit. This makes the Sidecar a practical fit for seating areas where a fire feature also needs to work as a table.

Rust-Proof Tabletop Surface for Lower Maintenance

The tabletop uses a Galvalume metal surface adhered to treated wood. Wine Barrel Dude lists the Galvalume surface as rust-proof, which helps reduce routine outdoor maintenance.

The included tabletop lid covers the burner when the fire pit is not in use. This converts the burner area into additional usable surface space for patio gatherings.

Installation Options

The Wine Barrel Dude Sidecar is a freestanding outdoor gas fire pit table. It is not a built-in fire feature and does not require framing into an outdoor kitchen island.

For liquid propane use, the propane cylinder stores inside the barrel base. The side access door allows access for propane tank changes and gas shut-off.

For natural gas use, the fire pit table must connect to a properly installed outdoor gas line. Natural gas installation should be completed by a qualified professional according to local code and manufacturer instructions.

Place the fire pit table on a stable, level outdoor surface with proper clearance from combustible materials. This product is for outdoor use only and should not be used indoors or in enclosed spaces.

Controls & Features

The Sidecar uses a gas burner system compatible with liquid propane or natural gas configurations. The selected fuel type must match the product setup.

The angled flame burner system is designed to spread flame across the burner area. The burner pan measures 10.5" x 26.5" and includes a 1.25" lip.

An external fireplace key valve on the outside end of the unit allows manual flame adjustment during operation. The side access door provides access to the propane cylinder or gas shut-off connection.

The included tabletop lid covers the burner area when the fire pit is not in use. A glass wind guard is available separately and is recommended by Wine Barrel Dude for this model.
