The Wine Barrel Dude Tall Boy is a 46-inch outdoor gas fire pit table for propane or natural gas with a 40-inch bar-height tabletop.

The Tall Boy model is built for outdoor spaces with bar-height chairs, raised patio seating, or casual standing gatherings. Its 40-inch table height gives the fire pit table a taller profile than dining-height or coffee-height models.

The 46-inch round table ring creates usable surface space around the burner. It can accommodate a standard 10.5-inch dinner plate, making it practical for drinks, small plates, and outdoor entertaining.

Concealed Fuel Storage with a Taller Profile

For propane setups, the tank stores inside the barrel to keep the patio area organized. The manufacturer notes that the barrel can hold oversized propane tanks up to 30 lb.

Natural gas setup is also available for spaces with an outdoor gas line. Fuel type must be selected correctly and installed according to the manufacturer’s instructions and local code.

Installation Options

The Wine Barrel Dude Tall Boy is a freestanding outdoor gas fire pit table. 

For liquid propane use, the propane cylinder is stored inside the barrel. The access door allows the tank to be reached for replacement or service.

For natural gas use, the fire pit table must connect to a properly installed outdoor gas line. Natural gas installation should be completed by a qualified professional according to local code and manufacturer instructions.

Place the fire pit table on a stable, level outdoor surface with proper clearance from combustible materials. This product is for outdoor use only and should not be used indoors or in enclosed spaces.

Controls & Features

The Tall Boy uses a gas burner system compatible with liquid propane or natural gas configurations. The fuel type must match the selected setup.

The 46-inch table ring is made with a Galvalume metal surface adhered to treated wood. The manufacturer describes the Galvalume surface as rust-proof and easy to clean.

The matching tabletop cover or lid covers the burner area when the fire feature is not in use. This creates additional usable tabletop space and helps protect the burner area.

An access door on the barrel base provides access to the propane cylinder or natural gas shutoff area, depending on fuel configuration.
