The Bromic Platinum 4500W is a 53-inch dual element electric patio heater for wall, ceiling, or recessed mounting with black, white, and marine-grade options.

Higher Output for Design-Focused Spaces

The Bromic Platinum 4500W is the largest model in the Platinum Electric lineup. Its dual-element design supports larger covered patios, outdoor dining areas, terraces, and commercial seating zones that need more electric heat output than smaller Platinum models.

The tinted ceramic-glass face helps conceal the heating elements for a cleaner architectural look. Black and white finish options allow the heater to coordinate with different ceiling, wall, and outdoor design palettes.

Built for Standard and Coastal Installations

Standard Platinum Electric models use 304 stainless steel construction. Bromic also offers marine-grade versions built with AISI 316 stainless steel for coastal and marine environments.

This gives designers, builders, and homeowners flexibility when selecting a heater for the project environment. The correct finish, voltage, and stainless-steel grade should be selected before ordering.

Installation Options

The Bromic Platinum 4500W can be wall mounted or ceiling mounted using the included mounting bracket. It can also be flush mounted with a compatible Bromic ceiling recess kit.

This heater is designed for fixed, hardwired installation. Electrical work must be completed by a licensed technician according to Bromic’s installation manual and local electrical code.

No venting is required because this is an electric patio heater. Placement must follow Bromic’s mounting height, clearance, electrical, and outdoor exposure requirements.

For recessed installation, use only the compatible Bromic ceiling recess kit. Marine-grade models should be matched with compatible marine-grade installation accessories when required by the project environment.

Controls & Features

The Platinum 4500W uses electric radiant heat from two heating elements behind a tinted ceramic-glass screen. The heater is designed to direct infrared heat toward the intended seating or dining area.

Compatible Bromic controls include the Affinity On/Off Control and Affinity Dimmer Control. With the compatible Affinity Dimmer, heat output can be adjusted in 1% increments.

Smart control setup, zoning, schedules, and expansion-board integrations depend on the selected Bromic control accessory. Controls are sold separately unless included in a specific package.

Recommendations:

Heat area is dependent on ambient temperature and wind. Optimum conditions experienced at approx 60°F and in a low wind-covered environment.

Actual heat output will depend on several factors, particularly for outdoor installation. Ambient temperature, wind conditions, mounting height, and patio setup should be considered. 

Bromic offers wireless control options that allow you to control your heater with a click of a button. To simply turn it on/off, get the Wireless On/Off Switch. For temperature control, the Wireless Dimmer Switch is a better choice. Adjust your heater's heat output from 0-100% with a dimmer. Each switch can control up to two electric heaters from 100 feet away.

To control your Bromic Platinum on your smartphone, add an Affinity On/Off Control or an Affinity Dimmer Control. An expander board is required to integrate the Affinity Control accessories with your smart home automation system or business management system.
